To fully understand the word BIG, not only with Fish but with Big Game – yes, we all try and get the Big one, but the truth is only a few get the job done. We fully understand the Sport of Fishing and Hunting, is to enjoy to the fullest each trip and to practice sportsmanship. Just a lot of satisfaction when we get to that point with our outdoor experiences. For more information on Halibut, please see Halibut Report.
“The Wonder of it all”!
When you are with me, YES, we want you to catch a nice box of tasty Fish, but there is A LOT MORE to a GREAT ALASKA trip:
There are photo opportunities galore!
- and many species of other Wildlife.
- Beautiful Waterfalls etc, etc
I give my all to make your visit memorable!
In 2018 I was with a couple who are long time residents of Alaska and Fish with me every year, when one day we came upon a large Whale doing the Tail Slap. My guest Al was so taken by this wildlife movement, and in all his time fishing the ocean, he had never witnessed this event. I was so excited to watch the wonder in his eyes at the sight, a new “first” for him!
Another Lady Fisher from Spokane at the Lodge was on her last day, and she said to me, “Larry I just want to catch one Salmon today for the evening meal, and then I just want to take pictures the rest of the time and simply enjoy the incredible beauty of the area through my lens”.
We did catch her Salmon and and then she took pictures of incredible landscapes, enjoying the water falls, bears and the great photo memories she was able to collect.
With that said, I invite you to come visit this great area of Alaska with Larry Jarrett, a Guide who really appreciates “The Wonder Of It All”!
